- You have a valid travel document or you are able to obtain one.
- You have not received return assistance from IOM or the Dutch Government in the past 5 years.
- You agree to end your residence permit or withdraw from the procedure for one before you leave the Netherlands.
- The Government of the Netherlands does not have objections to your departure from the Netherlands.
