Voluntary Return in 2023 - a Year in Numbers

In 2023, IOM facilitated the departure of 1,858 migrants, of whom 1,818 departed under the EU-funded AVRR-NL 2022–2024 Return project.
In addition, 1,036 returnees were eligible for reintegration support under the AVRR-NL 2022–2024 Reintegration project, and 153 returnees were eligible for assistance with medical costs following return under the same project.
